Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Shift: 2 pm - 11 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on business needs.

Salary: $67,000 - $85,000

Pay Grade: 11

Job Summary

As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will provide excellent customer service by managing facilities for our clients. Your role involves overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities at the client site.

Responsibilities include:

• Document Management: Review logs for accuracy, correct errors in line with GSK standards.
• Training Compliance: Oversee new hire and refresher training, monitor staff training status, and ensure GMP cleaning standards are met.
• Cleaning Supervision: Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensure equipment functions properly, and maintain professional appearance.
• Staff Management: Assist with scheduling, coach staff, and ensure proper training and documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality programs, ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or related services.
• Strong management skills for cleaning operations and teams.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
