• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, building construction, or related field from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate construction project team meetings.
• Oversee project and construction work within the facilities department and coordinate with other departments and schools.
• Coordinate and facilitate pre-construction meetings.
• Administer contracts and purchase orders to vendors for construction and related services.
• Review and approve pay requests, change orders, and change proposals; monitor cost progress and quality of work.
• Maintain accurate records of construction projects.
