Responsibilities

• Assist in construction or renovation of buildings and general maintenance of plumbing, heating, electrical and related systems.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as erecting forms, frames, fences and repairing doors or floors.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, faucets and traps.
• Maintain and repair lighting, electrical switches, motors and HVAC components not requiring a license.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify needed repairs and prepare reports on work activities.
