Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead facility construction across North America. This 100% onsite role is based in the Winston‑Salem/Greensboro, NC area and involves heavy coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will manage multiple projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while communicating progress to stakeholders and driving value for growth and modernization of TE facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Field construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from concept through completion as primary contact.
• Manage multiple projects from renovations to new facility construction.
• Coordinate design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout.
• Facilitate meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Review scopes, drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor site progress for quality, safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Maintain project documentation and approvals for invoices and closeout.
• Collaborate with procurement to select contractors and suppliers.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones across the organization.
• Ensure constructability, code compliance, and long-term facility performance.
• Support value engineering and cost-reduction opportunities.
