Job summary

DT Midstream is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead day-to-day planning and execution of projects across the company and contractor teams. You will ensure compliance with standards, schedules and ROI, while coordinating permitting and resource allocation for efficient execution.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, staff supervision, and collaboration with planning groups to optimize project prioritization and cost-effective installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years of relevant experience in compressors, amines and LoCat units.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred in engineering or construction management.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day planning and execution of construction projects by Company and contractors.
• Ensure projects meet standards, schedules and ROI targets.
• Oversee permitting activities and resource allocation across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within the group and coordinate with planning teams.
• Review as-built drawings before contractor payments are approved.
