The successful candidate may be offered a position in either the Facilities Construction Coordinator or the Senior Facilities Construction Coordinator classification.
The target hourly rate for the Facilities Construction Coordinator is between $29.18 - $36.48; depending on qualifications
The target hourly rate for the Senior Facilities Construction Coordinator is between $32.17 - $40.22; depending on qualifications
As our Senior Facilities Construction Coordinator, you'll help deliver construction and renovation projects that enhance City facilities and improve the quality of life for those who live, work, and visit our City of Excellence.

We're looking for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is committed to continuous improvement. Experience supporting workplace safety initiatives, developing operational procedures, or promoting a culture of safety is beneficial for certain assignments, and candidates with this background are encouraged to highlight it in their application.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional after hours work for special project requirements.
