Job summary

Inframark, LLC is seeking a part-time Community Service Attendant to support weekend operations at the Sun City Center Community Center in Florida. You will handle reception, bookings for room rentals, shelter and field rentals, and light cleaning while ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
• Experience interacting with the public and handling payments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures to book room, shelter and field rentals.
• Collects payments via cash, credit card and check for services.
• Answers phones and assists residents with needs.
• Monitors center activities and enforces rules.
• Light cleaning responsibilities.
• Interacts with independent contractors and the public.
• Opens/closes the facility as needed outside business hours.
• Maintains communication with Inframark Project Manager and Lead ATT.
• Other duties as assigned.
