Job summary

CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities, is seeking a Facilities Manager who will oversee maintenance of association-owned properties and amenities in a sprawling Texas community near Fulshear. You will help build community by maintaining safe, functional spaces and delivering excellent resident experiences.

You will develop and run a preventative maintenance program, supervise staff and contractors, manage budgets, and ensure all facilities comply with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of association-owned properties and amenities.
• Inspect facilities and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and evaluate work.
• Maintain facility records and generate reports.
• Oversee room/amenity setup and annual department budgeting.
• Ensure signage, lighting, gates and safety equipment are functioning.
