TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support a corporate customer in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. The ideal candidate is dependable, assigns daily on-site tasks, and can work with a skilled cleaning team to meet high standards. The position schedules Monday through Friday, 5am to 1pm.

Candidates should have commercial cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. U.S.

• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and glass if applicable.
• Periodic deep cleaning and special projects.
• Restock supplies.

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking aFacilities Cleaning Technician / Custodianto support a corporate customer located in the WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDAarea. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 5am to 1pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
