TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support a corporate customer in West Palm Beach, FL. The role requires dependable on-site daily cleaning, handling equipment safely, and delivering high cleaning standards across restrooms, floors, and common areas.

The position operates Monday through Friday, 5am to 1pm, with benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401k. US citizenship is required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic deep cleaning and special projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Ability to strip and wax floor is a plus.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.
