Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support a corporate customer. The role requires dependable on-site presence, cleaning to a high standard, and the ability to work with a team. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5am to 1pm, with benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security reasons.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic deep cleaning and special projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Ability to strip and wax floor is a plus.
