Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors individuals or crews; ensures cleaning, shift details, and projects are completed on schedule.
• Interacts with staff, residents, patients, or contractors; investigates cleanliness issues and takes corrective actions on-site.
• Completes daily activity logs and inventories stock; orders supplies as needed.
• Removes snow, debris, or garbage; maintains grounds and facilities.
• Performs cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, floors, disinfecting.
• Applies solvents and disinfectants; disposes of waste per procedures and safety rules.
• Performs routine maintenance: changing lightbulbs, fixtures, and equipment.
