Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Hogansville, GA, is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of general cleaners and ensure spotless facilities. The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and 1st shift (9:00 AM–5:30 PM). Pay is $17.50 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including health, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisor experience.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift 40 lbs.
• Wear LACOSTA shirt and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of general cleaners.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, and lobbies.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Stock supply rooms and manage cleaning supplies.
