The North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across state facilities. The role is designated EHRA statutory exempt and reports to the Department of Information Technology.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, with attention to safety procedures and building access rules.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in housekeeping work that is directly related to the job.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine cleaning of assigned office areas, including workspaces, hallways, lobbies, conference rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Empties waste and recycling containers and replaces liners as needed.
• Replenish, clean, and sanitize restrooms.
• Follows established safety, security, infection-control, and workplace procedures while performing assigned duties.
• Secures work areas and follows building access and security procedures when working in occupied or unoccupied areas.
• Performs other related housekeeping duties as assigned.
