Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail required to perform cleaning tasks accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean and monitor restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas; ensure sanitary conditions.
• Empty trash and manage waste disposal; operate compactors as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies; maintain inventory.
• Adhere to the housekeeping schedule and safety guidelines.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment when required and assist on other tasks as needed.
