Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation inside client sites. The role requires flexibility to adapt to varying tasks per client specifications.

The responsibilities include floor care, restroom upkeep, waste disposal, window cleaning, and spot carpet cleaning. On-the-job training is provided, and prior janitorial experience is a plus for applicants with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: High school diploma or equivalent or 6 months janitorial experience; ability to follow instructions; attention to detail.
• PREFERRED: Prior cleaning/janitorial experience; knowledge of cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and manage waste; use equipment as needed.
• Clean windows, glass, and mirrors; perform spot carpet cleaning.
• Replenish paper products and sanitation supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedules and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by client needs.
