Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role requires performing routine janitorial tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and following the daily schedule with safety and teamwork in mind.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6pm, offering hourly pay in the $15.50–$16.50 range. SBM provides comprehensive benefits and values professional appearance and customer service.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Could have equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require safety and task training certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all listed duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team and respond to supervision.
