Job summary

HR Services Brand is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our Stokesdale facility. You will clean office and production areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces, while following safety procedures and SDS guidelines.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, work as part of a team, and uphold our company values. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and a HSD/GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of chemicals and how to read and understand SDS sheets.
• 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong team player.
• Commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean and empty trash in all office areas throughout the facility
• Properly clean all production area floors throughout the facility
• Properly sanitize and clean all restrooms throughout the facility
• Clean, sanitize, and remove trash as needed from all canteen areas in the facility
• Strip and refinish floors on a semi-annual basis
• Perform outside maintenance of the facility as needed (trimming, mowing, etc…)
• Follows all safety procedures and policies and advises supervisor of any unsafe conditions
• Any other duties as requested by supervisor
