Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at a Saint Peters site. The Lead coordinates daily operations, delegates assignments, and provides guidance when the Manager is unavailable, supervising the team to keep buildings clean and safe.

This role involves operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties, with training for new hires and accurate time records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments.
• Provide guidance and supervision when the Manager is not present.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations at assigned building.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Monitor client communications and maintain open communication with field staff.
• Complete time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
