Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at a Sparks, NV site. You will delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure policies and procedures are followed to keep buildings clean and safe for workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Record time for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Coordinate daily operations and delegate job assignments.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance at the site.
• Train new hires assigned to the building.
• Monitor client communications and report updates.
• Complete and validate time records for staff.
