Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead to supervise daily facility operations at our San Antonio location. The role involves delegating tasks, guiding staff, and ensuring cleaning standards meet policies.

You will supervise when the Manager isn’t present and help keep buildings clean and safe, while operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 and a path to growth through ABM’s training and benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Report damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Make daily and weekly work schedules.
• Ensure facilities are clean and safe for workers and customers.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Complete time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
