Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a janitorial associate to perform cleaning duties and follow the daily schedule from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves operating motorised cleaning equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting hazards to a supervisor.

A strong emphasis on safety, professional conduct, and teamwork is required. The job requires minimal formal education with 3–6 months of training or experience preferred; a valid driver’s license may be

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement or minimum training specified.
• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all duties listed.
• Operate motorised cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team with other employees and take direction from supervisors.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
