• Minimum 10 years of leadership in multi-site multifamily facility/maintenance operations.
• Experience with procurement, competitive bidding, and vendor governance.
• Ability to analyze property-level costs and verify negotiated savings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, life safety, and capital planning.
• Proven ability to lead through growth and communicate with executives.
• Bachelor degree in business, facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
