Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance/Janitorial team member responsible for keeping the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff in New Jersey. You will gather and return carts, maintain outdoor spaces, and help ensure a pristine shopping environment.

We value prior maintenance or janitorial experience and prefer those with retail/wholesale exposure. Training and certification will be provided, with weekly pay and a broad benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance or janitorial experience; prior retail/wholesale experience is preferred.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club, including sales floor, restrooms, offices, and outdoor areas.
• Gather and return carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Restock maintenance/cleaning supplies and ensure organized supply areas.
• Follow safety standards and report major repair needs to management.
