Overview

Provide carpentry and minor construction services to interior and exterior areas throughout the facility. Work involves performing carpentry and minor renovation work on walls, ceilings, and flooring preparation/restoration, utilizing a variety of techniques and tools to apply paints and other surface materials/products as necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
