Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Basic math skills for measuring, rates, and percentages.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises clean and orderly; cleans lighting fixtures, marble, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and other work areas.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and dusts surfaces; cleans rugs and furniture.
• Washes walls, windows, sills, and woodwork; polishes metalwork.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Replaces light bulbs and assists with basic maintenance tasks.
• Cuts and trims grass if required; delivers messages between departments.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness in common areas and offices.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies; reports needs to supervisor.
• Assists with basic event support and setup in common areas.
