Qualifications

• No specific degree required; training provided.
• Experience in custodial or facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and stay active on the job.
• Regular and predictable attendance expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling; dust, mop, and vacuum to keep spaces welcoming.
• Stock supplies and monitor inventory for next day operations.
• Deep clean appliances, equipment, and vending machines.
• Perform routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance concerns and repairs.
• Handle minor repairs such as tightening hardware and adjusting fixtures.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with office appliances and systems.
• Clear sidewalks and parking areas of ice, snow, and debris during inclement weather.
