Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate custodial, service, delivery and grounds maintenance staff.
• Inspect services for cleanliness and health standards.
• Coordinate furniture, equipment, mail and educational materials; ensure timely set-up.
• Monitor contracts for security, waste management and pest control; ensure compliance.
• Recruit and train custodial and service staff; maintain records and reports.
