Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology plus 5 years' related experience; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all projects to ensure on-time work per client and standards.
• Oversee proposals and cost estimates to ensure proper scope and profitability.
• Manage daily department operations including staffing, safety, and quality of services.
• Plan and participate in business development to win new project opportunities.
• Develop staffing plans, recruitment and onboarding with Office Manager support.
• Monitor key metrics: revenue growth, billing and collections, project profitability.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure adherence to safety rules on all projects.
