Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ maintenance experience in a commercial facility.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board.

This role is responsible for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino and Hotel facilities, property, and equipment.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino and Hotel property.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance projects.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Ensure thorough maintenance and repair of the facilities, maintaining safety and security for all guests and team members.
• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and safety equipment related to maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude, with a thorough knowledge of all facilities and guest entertainment options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in maintenance.
• Prompt and polite communication, attentive to team members and guests.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training and certification preferred.

• Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.

• Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by the Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory bodies.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, bending, walking.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. overhead or arm’s length; assisted lifting may exceed 200 lbs.
• Stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing.
