The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance of all Live! Casino and Hotel facilities, property, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino and Hotel property.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators.
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.
• Ensure thorough maintenance and repair of the facility, maintaining safety and security for all guests and team members.
• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and safety equipment related to maintenance tasks.
• Use chemicals safely and appropriately.
• Utilize ladders, bucket trucks, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude and complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment options available to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulatory bodies.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, bending, walking.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. unaided; assisted lifting over 200 lbs.
• Stretching, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing.
