Regional Food Bank in New York’s Town of Montgomery is seeking a Facilities Associate to oversee the building, equipment, and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for daily operations. You will perform routine maintenance, supervise contractors, monitor safety, and train staff on powered equipment, with a focus on regulatory compliance and fiscal responsibility.
This full-time exempt role requires 18+ years of age, a NYS driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds;

Status: Full-time - Exempt
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older, and possess a high school or equivalency diploma, and a valid New York State driver's license. Prior supervisory experience and experience operating power equipment preferred. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain power equipment certification.
Physical Requirements: This position works in a typical warehouse setting and will be exposed to extreme temperatures and/or weather conditions. There will be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending, pulling, and reaching. This position would normally have routine opportunities for the employee to be able to alter their physical position or change eye focus. This position will require the safe use of power equipment. Employees should have the ability to lift up to 80 pounds without assistance.
