About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Assistant Substitute. The ideal candidate will have solid computer and customer service skills, be comfortable relating to a diverse group of people and be able to work accurately in a changing environment with frequent interruptions.

As a Facilities Assistant Substitute, you will perform building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff and patrons. Key responsibilities include conducting maintenance tasks, setting up meeting spaces, and utilizing an online ticketing system to track issues. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.
