We are currently seeking a FacilitiesAssistantto join our growing team in Deer Park, TX. You will be responsible for general maintenance, service, and repairs throughout the facility.

In this role, you will:

• Ensurecleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the facility on a constant basis.
• Performdaily cleaning and sanitation activities throughout the facility.
• Performroutine building maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with the installation and repair of appliances and equipment.
• Maintaincleanliness of building exterior and surrounding property.
• Assistwarehouse staff in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Prepareunits to be shipped out (wipe downs and touch ups as needed).
• Deliverparts to our customers and technicians as needed.
• Assists production technicians to prepare enclosures for assembly as needed.
• May perform other duties as required by business needs.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What you can expect as a FacilitiesAssistant:

• Regularly works around mechanical equipment and may be exposed to high noise levels at times.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crawl and climb ladders.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to grasp hand tools and parts.
