Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years relevant industry experience
• Master’s degree and 8+ years relevant industry experience
• PhD and 4+ years relevant industry experience
• Experience managing laboratory operations and vendor performance

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of on-site third-party lab asset management vendor
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, response times, and expenditures
• Ensure governance routines, escalation pathways, and performance standards
• Collaborate with scientists, Lab Operations, Facilities, EHS, IT, Finance, Procurement, and site leadership
• Coordinate maintenance coverage planning and cost-saving initiatives
