The role focuses on optimizing spending on clinical and non-clinical supplies, managing procurement workflows, and ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and smoothly operated. Travel to practice locations is periodic.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or facilities management experience—multi-unit healthcare or dental practice management strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise procurement systems and inventory tracking platforms.
• Proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing multi-location service agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support remote Office Managers and Practice Leaders; willingness to travel periodically to practice locations.
