Job summary

A growing dental practice in California is seeking a Dental Facility Manager to oversee operations and staff. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience in a dental environment and will lead both front and back office teams. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient patient flow, addressing complaints, and achieving financial targets. The position requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a firm but fair management style. Evening and Saturday shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of dental management experience required.
• Experience in dental treatment coordinating (Indemnity, PPO, HMO) preferred.
• Knowledge of dental billing is essential.
• Self-motivated with an ambitious attitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dental facility with staff oversight.

• Work some evenings and Saturdays as required.
