Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory replenishment, and supply chain logistics across our clinic network. You will lead sourcing, negotiate contracts, evaluate vendors, and manage risks to keep clinics stocked and costs under control.

You will collaborate with Finance, Assets & Facilities, and the VP of Operations & HR to drive cost savings and ensure compliant operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or closely related field.
• 4+ years of procurement and inventory management experience across multiple sites.
• Experience reducing costs through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Experience with inventory controls, minimum/maximum levels, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet reliable suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery times.
• Lead negotiations for favorable terms and SLAs.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage inventory management software implementation and adoption.
• Establish standardized inventory processes across clinics.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize costs.
