Job summary

EAU Holdings is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor for Manitowish Waters, WI. You will lead maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams to keep facilities running smoothly and to the highest standards.

You will partner with the Facilities Manager to plan carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security projects, inspect sites, respond to emergencies, and maintain essential reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist daily operations for maintenance and grounds teams, providing hands-on support.
• Partner with the Facilities Manager to schedule and assign carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security projects.
• Routinely inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
