Job summary

EAU Holdings' Manitowish Waters operations are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple facilities, including The Lodge and its Salon & Spa, To The Nines Gift Shop, and the Manitowish Waters Athletic Club, helping create safe, functional spaces.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), 2+ years in general maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and building repairs, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services or a related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair and improvement projects across multiple facilities.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.
• Handle minor electrical repairs by replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures and bulbs.
• Perform carpentry and paint touch-ups to maintain doors, cabinets, drywall and facility surfaces.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
