Job summary

EAU Holdings seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Manitowish Waters, WI to support The Lodge, its Salon & Spa, the Manitowish Waters Athletic Club and more. You’ll perform repairs, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting to create safe, functional spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair and improvement projects across multiple facilities.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
• Handle minor electrical repairs by replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures and bulbs.
• Perform carpentry and paint touch-ups to maintain doors, cabinets, drywall and surfaces.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair and improvement projects across multiple facilities.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains and replacing fixtures.
• Handle minor electrical repairs by replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures and bulbs.
• Perform carpentry and paint touch-ups to maintain doors, cabinets, drywall and facility surfaces.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, handyman services or a related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
• A valid driver's license.
