Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician for Lithia Springs, GA. You will perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on conveyor line equipment, manage spare parts inventory, and conduct minor building upkeep to ensure a safe, efficient distribution center.

You will interface with internal teams and outside contractors, document activities, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and operational knowledge of conveyor line automation and supporting equipment systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot conveyor automation and PLCs in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Proficiency in pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on conveyor line equipment and supporting systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts to ensure equipment uptime and efficiency.

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational excellence of the distribution center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Lithia Springs, GA

Pay Range: $30/hour

Shift: 2nd shift (630pm to 430am), Mon thru Fri

What's the Job?

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on conveyor line equipment and supporting systems.
• Manage inventory of spare parts to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
• Conduct minor building maintenance tasks to support a safe and functional work environment.
• Interface with internal departments and coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to complete maintenance projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
