Job summary

ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Richmond Hill, GA to hire an Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician. You will support production and engineering teams, perform electrical troubleshooting, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience. You will work on motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels, with emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience with motors, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
• Knowledge of automation components such as VFDs, proximity sensors, and control panels.
• Strong safety awareness and familiarity with OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and safe machine practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for all production and assembly machinery, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across the facility.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, automation support, and mechanical maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.
• Support new equipment installations and partner with Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance strategies, control equipment downtime, and manage spare parts accuracy.
• Create detailed repair manuals, conduct troubleshooting for equipment failures, and support departmental training needs.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Richmond Hill, GA

Pay Range: $60000 - $80000

Shift: 1st or 2nd shift

What's the Job?
