Job summary

Caliber Service Group, a Powered by Leo portfolio company, seeks an Account Manager responsible for day-to-day facilities services delivery to several major client sites within a geographic territory.

Based at our corporate headquarters with occasional travel to client sites as needed, this role collaborates with client management, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize operations and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of B2B experience preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building engineering is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written and time-management skills.
• Contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proven ability to adapt to change.
• Hands-on MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client account manager for assigned client portfolio, interacting regularly with client management to ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate client requests for urgency, efficacy, and necessity to allocate budget efficiently.
• Manage service requests, assign resources, maintain timelines, and communicate with client and leadership.
• Control release of work requests to vendors to meet financial objectives.
• Anticipate and manage client escalations with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Coordinate workflows among client and external service providers to meet client specifications.
• Prepare and deliver routine and ad hoc client communications and reports.
• Research and implement solutions to unique client requests outside standard procedures.
• Coordinate with third-party stakeholders to resolve facilities-related issues.
• Provide after-hours and weekend coverage direction for client support.
• Support financial performance including margins and reconciliations.
