Leo is seeking an Account Manager for Caliber Service Group to oversee day-to-day facilities services for major client sites within a geographic territory. The role involves client communications, operations support, and financial performance, with occasional travel and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of B2B experience preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building engineering, maintenance trades, or related fields a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written and time-management skills.
• Contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration across all departments.
• Must be productive in a deadline driven work environment.
• Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client account manager for assigned client portfolio, interacting regularly with client management to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Evaluate client requests for urgency, efficacy, and necessity to optimize the maintenance budget.
• Manage service requests by understanding issues, assigning resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Control release of work requests to vendors to meet financial objectives.
• Anticipate and manage client escalations with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage relationships with client stakeholders and corporate functions.
• Coordinate workflows with internal/external providers to meet client specs.
• Prepare and deliver routine and ad hoc qualitative reports to the client.
• Research and implement solutions for non-standard requests with ambiguity.
• Coordinate with municipal governments and landlords to resolve facilities issues.
• Coordinate after-hours and weekend coverage for 24/7 support.
• Ensure financial performance including margins, retentions, and reconciliations.
• Foster a positive team environment; provide coaching as needed.
