Job summary

UST is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (FACETS Membership) in Washington to serve as SME for membership, enrollment, and billing initiatives. You will gather and validate complex requirements and map data across FACETS modules for migration and upgrades.

The role requires 10+ years as a BA/BSA with 5+ years on TriZetto FACETS, plus strong SQL, stakeholder management, and experience in healthcare payer environments. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Extensive Healthcare Payer domain experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting FACETS implementations, regulatory mandates, and upgrades.
• Experience creating functional specifications, business rules, and system documentation.
• Experience with FACETS Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, Billing & Premium Management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Systems Analyst and SME for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate complex business and system requirements.
• Analyze Membership and Billing workflows to identify process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and solution assessments for complex issues.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, and data mappings.
• Support FACETS implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Assist UAT, defect triage, production validation, and post-implementation activities.
