Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• 5+ years with TriZetto FACETS
• Healthcare Payer domain experience
• Experience supporting FACETS implementations
• Strong SQL for data analysis
• Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BSA for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing initiatives
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate complex requirements
• Analyze end-to-end Membership and Billing workflows for improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis and solution assessments
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, data mapping documents
• Support FACETS implementation, upgrade, and migration
• Support UAT, defect triage, and post-implementation activities
