Job description

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.

Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.

Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration Claims Processing & Encounters Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.

Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.

Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.

Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.

Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Experience 7+ years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience. Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.

Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

Strong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.

Hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters Strong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality FACETS Batch Processes FACETS Backend Data Models FACETS Configuration and Extensions Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.

Strong .NET development experience. Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions.

Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in healthcare environments. Familiarity with Healthcare Payer business processes and regulatory requirements.

Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD practices. Exposure to FACETS upgrade and modernization programs.
