Job summary

WB Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced FACETS Developer in Seattle, WA for a long-term contract. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting TriZetto FACETS-based solutions across provider, networks, pricing, membership, billing, and encounters.

You will work with analysts, architects, QA, and business stakeholders, build FACETS extensions, write complex SQL, and participate in SDLC, agile ceremonies, testing, deployments, and production support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years TriZetto FACETS development.
• Experience in Healthcare Payer environments and FACETS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• End-to-end SDLC participation including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop FACETS extensions, integrations, and interfaces; translate business needs into technical designs.
• Work across Provider, Network Management & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan configurations and Claims processing.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data validation; support batch jobs and production issues.
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects, PQAs, and SMEs; participate in Agile ceremonies.

Role: FACETS Developer

Location: Seattle, WA

About the Role:

• Seeking experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas including Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, or Claims & Encounters.
• This role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations.
• The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
• Develop solutions across one or more of the following functional areas: Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Configuration Claims Processing & Encounters Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
• Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
• Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.
• Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.
• Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience 7+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
• Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments. Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong development experience in the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: Provider, Networks & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters Strong understanding of: FACETS Front-End Functionality FACETS Batch Processes FACETS Backend Data Models FACETS Configuration and Extensions Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with Healthcare Payer business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD practices. Exposure to FACETS upgrade and modernization programs.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, web services, and healthcare data exchanges. Agile/Scrum development experience.
