Job summary

UST in Seattle is seeking an experienced FACETS Developer to design, customize, and support TriZetto FACETS solutions within healthcare payer environments. You will collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and other developers to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical designs and production-ready features.

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle work, SQL querying, batch processing, and system integration testing, with agile ceremonies and a focus on delivering modernization programs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
• Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.
• Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Strong FACETS development expertise across Provider, Networks & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Strong .NET development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Develop and support FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
• Develop solutions across functional areas such as Provider, Network Management & Pricing Group, Membership, Billing & Class/Plan Claims & Encounters.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes.
• Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS apps.
• Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
• Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities.
• Support FACETS implementations, upgrade initiatives, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.
• Follow Agile delivery practices and actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
